Not bad, but better than many others. So close to perfect, but could be greatly improved. Works well & easy to use. I don't like that it deletes Exif data from individual images though it does support & preserve IPTC & XMP with one exception...if there is non-ASCII text then IPTC will be converted to gibberish. Can be fixed later though using other software, but why force users to go thru the trouble? Icons choices are strange & are too big. A traditional drop down menu bar would be nice in addition to normal sized icons. File drop box is convenient but it could be improved by adding more fields & thumbnail view. Jpeg compression works flawlessly, but being able to choose compression level would be better. I don't quite understand purpose or benefits of the advance conversion. Pretty good software, but not good enough to make me feel like purchasing a license to remove restrictions. More
